Most of the time we see Hisoka under strict control of himself. Sometimes, he struggles, talking to himself to calm down from a killing rage. Here, though, he's lost it. That poor overconfident schmuck in the foreground is in the process of having his neck broken by Hisoka's powerful kick. Creepy, creepy dude!
